I pick up 5 or 10 customers a year because of the people who work for the other Hobby shop in this town. The owner is a super nice guy but his help is just like some of the people described above. I get Louzy oops Losi parts from him. Darins right though and if they can't step up there is always another shop around and stand by your toys.

well i wish there was another hobby shop around me! There are three I think none sell car/truck parts only one has fuel and it mostly deals with rockets I'm talk big ones too I think the highest class motor they have is an N class holy crap these things are taller than me and I'm 6'0" anyway back on topic the only choice I have is the net so I am very Happy to have found clermontmotorsports, allaboutfunhobbies and rufaster. The Hobby Land in Bloomington Illinois is top notch. They know i have an internet bought Redcat and they still treat me like i spend 500 bucks a week there. Always willing to help me figure stuff out and even try new parts out in the store before i buy them. I gotta admit online prices are hard to beat but when i need something now I never hesitate to give them my buisness.

That's exactally how every store should be. That's the way I am and from what I keep hearing I'm guessing that's the way Dennis. THere is no reason at all for any store employee or owner to treat someone like dirt under there feet because of what brand they have or where they bought it. It's totally what's killing the Industry, I hear story after story from you guys and locals about how bad the stores are. I even have my own horror stories. Yet they won't change. Crazy.
