I know lots about electrics. To sum this up:

A brushless motor runs on 3 phase AC waves. To reverse the direction of the motor, swap any 2 of the 3 wires going to the motor. This reverses the phase cycle.

The brushless speed controller is locked on 75% max power in reverse. When going from forward to reverse, you need to make a 0.35 second stop in neutral, or it goes to brake.

The white socket in the ESC is for a fan - why not add one?

[X(] i can't beleive this is still going on, if the car is faster in reverse than forward and you also have a delay going into forward, i am almost positive that the motor is wired backwards, just swap two wires on the motor and throw the reverse servo switch into normal.

Yeah, I'm about to do that. I need my dad to help solder and he's been busy.

I will try this (reversing wires) however it is set up, black to black, red to red and blue to yellow right now, and see what happens, but even in reverse it was not that fast, I'll let you know. My novak 6-5 has to be dialed down as it will pull the fornt wheels off the track on by T-4, want to race the Tornado electric also so hopefully this will help, I will keep you informed. If anyone thinks I should not rewire red to back and back to red let me know.

I can't switch them because the plugs weren't working (too much resistance) so I soldered/crimped the wire directly to the other wire.
