Hey guys:
Im still pretty new to the whole nitro gas r/c thing. However, I am learning a lot of things real quick. I see why everyone has so much fun with these things.
Anyhow: The main issue that I have had so far is with the front bumper. After hitting pretty hard I destroyed my chassis and servo, which have now been replaced and upgraded along with many other parts.
So I took the old chassis that could no longer be used and cut it and made a new front bumper that goes along with the existing one. So if anyone ever has to get a new chassis, you can always save yours and do what I did. And so far it works. I will keep the rest of the old chassis if I ever think of anything else I can do with it. I posted some pictures, so let me know what you think.

i would maybe suggest filing down the edges and those points they look like they could do some damage if you were to run into someone. i like chasing people with mine but maybe thats just me.

I have already worked on that with my drimmel. It did have some very sharp points after cutting it with a skill saw. Regardless it would hurt anybody you would run it in to. But i dont plan on doing that.
