I sure hope it is on it's way, and something has stopped him from sending me the info. He seemed like a real standup guy, and I want it to stay that way. We will see what happens.

I talked with Derek a bit..he seemed like a nice guy...and your right...if I purchase a a nitro I want a tracking # to see whats happening with it..if he said nothing about giving u info thats one thing,..but to tell u that u would recieve info and u not get the info is another..takes just a min or 2 to email someone a tracking #...anyways just hold tight..im betting everything is well and u will be recieving your monsoon in a timely manor..could be he didnt have the monsoon and it would be dropped shipped from redcat and they havent sent it yet...I know thats the way it was on both my redcats..my hurricane I specifically asked the guy what he had in stock and bought one he was spose to have..I wasnt to thrilled to find it was being shipped from az..tis why he will no longer recieve my business

Actually he told me what he had in stock, and I clerified with him which one I wanted and he said he did in deed have it in stock and he would ship it out as soon as I placed the order and he got my payment. This is why I am so concerned. I really do hope that something is stopping him from getting on the internet and messaging me. But, I did call him too, and nothing there either...so this makes me even more concerned. If nothing happens but Monday then I am definitely going to be upset and will get this situation resolved properly.

I cant speak for him but I would hope he would make it right. I did see a post from darin stating dealers that dont have real business's or licenses, will be stopped. I dont know if this is the case because I dont know him at all. But you never know. Hopefully he will respond soon enough. If it doesn't work out, just drop me an email. We could work something out .

I am sure everyone has seen the post. but just to clear it up all is good. He sent me a pm letting me know what is going on, with tracking info too, so my Monsoon should be here Monday. I would like to say thanks for everyones support, and can't wait to get the Monsoon. Thanks Derrik

Update on the AAAHHHHHH...ha ha...I checked tracking and it is at the nearby UPS, but they are closed tomorrow, so I can't even go pick it up. Oh well, looks like I will have to wait until Monday to get it. Also, I got my Tornado torn apart, and ready for the parts that are coming also. Just figured I would let everyone know where I was at. I should take a pic of it all torn down. I probably did a bunch of unnecessary work, but oh well. I was having fun. Can't wait to get them both running.

tearing them down gives you more of an idea how everything works....makes you one with your redcat...ooooooohhhhhhmmmmm....lol

Well, after everything I did tonight I am definitely one with mine...ha ha...it was fun. I have always been one of those that likes to tear things apart and put them back together. I thought about waiting till Sunday to do it since it is supposed to be nice this weekend, but driving with only front wheel drive probably is not the best idea, seeing how I like to break stuff as it is.

not true...ha ha...that parts are coming with the Monsoon. I ordered them from Affordable too, before he shipped out the Monsoon, so that I would get them all at the same time. Just means, when I am letting the Monsoon cool down during break in, I will work on the Tornado. I already told my wife don't plan on doing anything after work this week.

yeah, I told her she can race mom with dads condor. Yeah, haven't really started on the track. Got the track plan and that is it. Nothing else yet. I will keep you updated.

Oh I definitely will do that. I will be alright not getting it this weekend though. I am still feeling a sick, so I really don't need to be smelling the fumes, and going outside a lot. Although, the smell of Nitro always makes me feel good. I told my wife last night that we need to plan on going out there next weekend, so we should be getting some video. I am trying to makes good plans in advance so they actually go through this time.
