it is flooded ,takes the glowplug out and turn the car over and pull the pullstart a few times until most of the liquid is out .now u might want to check ur glow plug to see if its working .make sure you dont have any fuel on or around you ,then plug in your glowplug and see if it lights. if it doesnt then you need a new one or your pluglighter is not charged. if does then put it back in and try to start you car, making sure to plug in the pluglighter when trying to start. I forgot to plug in my pluglighter the first time i used my car and flooded it .then i realized it and pluged it in and it started right up ,lol sometimes we just forget.

take your glowplug out and put your ignighter on it and u will see the coil glow bright red if not u need a new one and its fine the fuel is comming out of the exhaust thats no biggie it does that on break in i would suggest priming it then pulling the starter like 10 times after you prime it to move the fuel around but dont prime it to much or youll flood it in that case take the glow plug out and pull the starter fuel will come out of the hole when u do thats good also u should probly screw the low speed needle clockwise 1/16 of a turn or 1/8 and turn the high speed needle 1/8 of a turn that will lean it out a little less gas will be going to the engine have any questions fell free ill answer anything to the best of my knowledge
