Default tornado bb throttle problem

I seem to have a problem with the throttle, it seems to open slowley and close slowly, I was wondering if it coulod be the servo, and has any body upgraded the throttle servo, and did it help with acceleration, or ewhen it slows down, it seems like it sticks open thanks, I have replaced the batteries and no h

The servo horn could be screwed on too tight. If I over-tighten mine then the servo can't really move the horn very well because the horn presses against the servo casing. Try loosening the little screw holding the horn on, and if that helps then remove the horn and shave a millimeter off the bottom.
