i have a lighting thats new did the hop ups but it's not running right. i tried to set the niddels to factory setting it starts up and will stay running but dies when i hit the throtle fully. also i'm having braking problems the car wants to just keeps rolling. any help to get it running right

sounds liek you're throttle arm from the servo is out of adjustment. if it isn;t set right, the brakes won;t work because it won;t travel far enough forward to engage the brakes.
not sure on why it dies when you hit the throttle tho...it might be contributed to a wrong adjustment on the throttle rod coming from the servo ?

my first question is have you broken it in yet? My second question if not why would you be runing full throttle?!? just not having it broke in may be the reason, but also possibly because your high speed needle is too lean.
for your brake problem tighten down the thing on the end of the brake shaft and if that's not enough then you may have to tighten down the two hex nuts that hold the brake bad on . but not too much or the brake will be locked
