these trucks handle jumps just fine if you dont have the stock plastic shocks

do you have all the screws and plastic in place? I would try the aluminum upper deck to strengthen

i have all the screws in place and have a alm. upper plate on it it bent along with the chassis plate. But my real problem is the bell housing gear is just barley catching the spur gear maybe by less than 1/4 of the tooth

just need to mesh it correctly then, and if you cant get any closer then that it might be because you chasis is bent. I don't know how you bent your chasis, because i haven't bent one yet, but i have never crushed my truck into a wall or anything unpenitrable at full throttle either.

the shaft may be to short meaning that whoever told you it would just drop in was incorrect or you dont have all of the spacers for the clutchbell in.

What version of os did you buy? The cv-r comes with 2 different shafts standard threaded and SG. You need the standard threaded shaft and it will drop in np. I have 2 of them and I could name 20 others i know that have the OS cv-r 18 with the standard threaded shaft that don't have any trouble
