RE: Redcat Racing Volcano Thread
ORIGINAL: nitrozach54 i have the sv can some 1 please show me with pictures and directions of how to set up my my throttle and brake servo? im having trouble of where to set the arms and all please help so i can run my truck basically you put the transmitter and car on, put the trim knobs on the transmitter to the center, try to put the throttle arm on the throttle servo so the carb is 1mm open and the brake is not on or as close as possible, put the arm on the steering servo so the wheels are as close to straight as possible then trim them the rest of the way with the trim knobs. is this what you wanted to know? there is no real set way, if you need, check out the pictures on the redcatracing.com website at the volcano to get a basic idea of how they go. |

RE: Redcat Racing Volcano Thread
its the chrome piece that goes into were all the gears are that is also attach to the throttle the chrome rod now can be pulled aot easly so do i need to take all that apart and if so is there an easyer way then taking the whole car apart?

RE: Redcat Racing Volcano Thread
thats the brake rod, there is a pad behind the brake that the flat part of that rod sits one. should stay in place if installed right.

RE: Redcat Racing Volcano Thread
you need to tighten it, not loosen it then, just hold the gear with one finger and use a wrench and tighten the slipper nut.
