Default Martin Mariner in Nov. MAN

75" wingspan, powered by 2 .40s. It is made by gluing many foam cross-sectional pieces together, sanding them smooth and finishing with fiberglass (technique is shown on the modelairplanenews website). Looks very nice, if you like big flying boats, which I do.

There is an error in the MAN article. The wingspan is 101" and not 78"
I got the plans and it is the biggest 78" wing I ever saw.

if you didn't catch it, there is a sizeable thread on the Mariner here http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/Mart...1154717/tm.htm
