Does anyone know of a source of plans for a Dornier 24, 6' or more?

Yep, he's not selling his plans any more. I emailed him back and forth a couple times in August for his HE-115. He didn't want to deal with the traffic, copy store, gas prices, etc. I offered every option I could think of, but got nowhere.
