Yes exactly, it glows bright orange when you are starting the engine, But.... when you use the Test Functions to test the burner plug, it doesn't glow, it makes the humming noise.

"Update". The engine runs after all the repairs and all idle and running temp is perfect. So the burner plug actually does NOT have to glow red to start the engine.
