RE: Engine Care !!! ( After A Day At The Feild )

I don't always run the fuel out after, but I've started to because otherwise it seems to get gummed up if I don't fly it for a few weeks. Never used after run oil and engine is still running strong...

RE: How often do you Fly?

like once every two months, keeping my plane flying, matching schedules w/ weather, instructor, all without any real way of doing it all, and all that without $$$ is pretty hard

RE: i need advice on a new glo starter

I have three different glow drivers, all rechargeable, I tend to like my long one with a meter, except, it always looks like it's going to fall into the prop. My short one tends to stay better, but...

RE: Let's meet the new guys!

RE: engine hydrolic locking

my engine is OLD, like as in 12 years old 40 FP engine. The Piston didn't show signs of scoring, and isn't hitting the glow plug. But I cleaned it up, got some castrol gum out of it, cranked it...

RE: What is the trick to 90 degree bends?

I don't see the point in spending extra money on special pliars to cut some time. I personally love building and cutting any time off of it seems good, but sucks when you can't go fly or build.

RE: Real Flight Deluxe

I don't like the physics of FMS at all, they aren't even close. I can't land it like I do in real life, because throttle changes don't effect your decent rate at all, only speed, and elevator[:@]

RE: HELP LEARNING TO TAKE OFF WITH TAILDRAGGER???

My Falcon 56 could be built as a tail dragger, and I'm fairly certain most trainer kits can be modified to put the mains forward of the CG and reinforce the tail, but don't take my word for it. If...

RE: Clubs really neccessary?

I know a couple of guys fly at a park a few blocks from my home, but I don't know if I'd want to fly there, because too many people use the park, and then AMA would definatley be a good idea, and...
