i like the idea w/ the line that acts as a drogue. have a coil of rope thats long enough to run the length of the runway + the freefall distance. tie one end of this line to an anchor at the start...

yeah i'm really curious bout that too. my brand new 12rss did the same thing on my rs43ss while i was breaking it in. since i heard that the engine is not that great anyway, i just got a 18 engine...

well, if you wanna know what i got, i'm using the green coilover springs and the green sway bars; but i think i'm goin with even stiffer springs (i have the os 18cvr).

yup, while the method is debatable, the end result is very realistic (entering and exiting turns at high speeds). i'm gonna hook up my rs43ss w/ some drift tires to get some sideways action!:D

the os cvr .18 is another great 18, and its only $90 on towerhobbies.com. if any of u guys read rc car action, the os cvr .18 beat out all the other 18s that were tested (including the 18ss).
