bigger motors generaly run lower rpm or kv rating while smaller motors run at higher rpm to produce the same power band as the bigger. kinda like wheels on a car the smaller wheels would have to turn...

thanks for the link chop i have all the tools im just waiting on pinions. out of the pile of pinions i have wouldnt you know it i have every size but one for a 3mm shaft.

ill be damned i didnt even think about the pinion. i just asumed it was a stock motor and pinion setup when i bought it from the guy a while back. ill tach it then change the pinion as needed and let...

ok im getting no lift with this setup. just getting light enough on the skids for scooting around at wide open throttle and +10 pitch. any idea's anyone???
