Is that the stock muffler. Did you put a wire coil inside or just tap the muffler for your smoke setup?

Or....the carb is upside down and the pulse port to the fuel pump doesn't line up through the carb adaptor. It will run this way but won't rev up.

I also had the same infrequent glitching. Noticed that it happenend late in my flights. It went away when I replaced the stock motor.

Lost a screw in flight yesterday. Not a bad crash but I also lost the brass or bronze bushing where it goes through the orientator radius arm. I replaced the stock screws with 2mmX6mm socket head...

Thanks - I like your design. Based on that, I think I'll try to do it with an 8mm spacer and not have to cut the shaft (hope to put it in a trex in the future).

Those are 2.6mm mounting bolts...

Where is a good source for pinion gears? The shaft dia is 2.3mm I think for the Falcon stock motor and the HL cool red motor.

I'm using a single conversion negative shift gws crystal in mine with no problems. Check your tx for the channel.
