That's what happen when your receiver detect no signal from your transmitter. Check your battery voltage (minimum 11V), check your crystals are well plugged.

And don't forget : Always power on...

Your airtronic is positive shift and honey bee CP2 is negative shift. You can't use your radio until you put your own receiver.

Yes sportygreg is right, you should try another servo, or maybe you have switch your transmitter to ccpm mode and you should try to switch the #7 dipswitch on the back of your transmiter to change to...

When you unmount the servo horn of the tail and found a little difficult to move or not smooth, this may come from the "turning pole of tail blade"...
