Hi Eric,

most people just try to thin the epoxy with additives (alcohol, aceton) to keep it more liquid while applying it for glasing ... but it usually does more damage than good, like playing...

My "workshop" is my single-car garage (for european cars, not Cadillacs !!) so I always keep bumping into myself...

the magnet-ignition is a good choice to avoid the extra lead weight, but I´d rather use the electronic ignition in order to be able to syncronize both engines.

The word "filler" was falsely used by me. What I meant was as filler like the foam...

I used to work at a swiss aircraft manufacturer, where we built a full composite trainer (4 seater) partly using honeycomb parts.

It´s over 15 yrs now I worked there...
