Hi guys

Thanks for all the replies.

I found 9 thou under the liner and a 16 thou head clearance gave a nice setup. Easy to get on the pipe and a little rich. It gives 22500 rpm on the ground...

GP Tracer, OS46FX with quiet pipe - Why pattern fliers use high pitch props.

Hi Guys.

Pitch of props is to do with efficient speed range.

Fine pitch is for lower speeds and coarse if for faster....at the same RPM.....simple.

Try a 12x4 on your OS46, it will take off...
