I would be using a 1100 mah pack for a plane of that size. But you should get a couple flights out of that battery.

Batteries are cheap! Get yourself a 1100mah pack from radical, for about $14. I just got a 1700mah myself and it took 3 days to arrive. No point in waiting around for hitec to look over a 600mah...

Easiest thing to do is run 2 fuel dots! One on a 3rd line for fueling/defueling, and the second on a T on the vent/muffler pressure line. Mount them both right next to each other on the fuselage...

Futaba 9252 Centering Problem

It's most likely your crappy aileron extension wires. ie: Hobbico or another low quality brand. I have had this happen in the past, only solution is to purchase high quality extensions.
