Recoil spring in the pull start needs replacing. Its a PIA of job and for my time/$$ I'd just replace the whole PS ....or better yet go with the starter box.

I've had one since April.....the platform is decent, but plan on replacing the servos as they're known for failure. I had to replace to rebuild a shock due to leakage.....something wasn't seating...

Turns out its a center diff bearing, but since I'll be tearing down might as well replace all the bearings in the drivetrain.

Going w. Acer sealed bearings.

The yellow spring from the 835E was exactly what I was looking for......better bashing 4sure. Gonna get the red/stiff springs for high flying fun.

You can eliminate the clutch as being the issue as it does not have any input to your Tx/Rx/Servos.

1st....put a full charge on your Rx battery.

Do you have another servo you can plug into the...

Bashing scenarios.....dry, damp, streets, lawns, ditches, gravel, dirt, asphalt.....ripping hard, but not abusing the nitro buggy to much.
Buggy is cleaned pretty thoroughly with Nitro Spray...

Now....you do know it'll need to be a stainless steel body as the stainless steel body improves the flux dispersal generated by the flux...

Loosen engine mounts.....slide engine/clutch away from spur.

Spin/Inspect clutch and clutch...

Bwahahahaha.......you would if carrying Traxxas meant you could also cater to that huge $$$$ source of Mugen. Kyosho, carpet racers....whoever.....that makes a much better product with less than 15%...

I recently worked at a well known HS chain.

Traxxas.....bottom line Traxxas/distributor gav e the store about 90 days of float and if it didn't sell send it...
