does anyone know if this unit can be left connected to the battery when its not in use?? the brushless/esc combos I've used in the past had to be unplugged due to the fact that the on/off switch...

this is an opinion and a question...the head seems real nice,good quality and fit except for the grips,they seem too tight on the blades, no-matter how loose I leave the blade bolts they are real...
