Yep, it is a Roto Start.

One of the nice things about Roto Starter is it'll tell you if you've flooded the engine. Whereas with the starter box it's possible to power right through... depending...

I use the Himoto e-starter for my Torpeda. It comes with a back plate. I'm not sure if you can order a second back plate.

It works real well if the battery is fully charged. :)
