Good thuoght ergofli, My advice...get a new engine and fuel lines...you maybe dealing with an old worn out system...OR...rebuild if you have the knowledge...if not REPLACE!!

I agree with a discharge rate similar to the application usage for a more accurate way to determine the actual available pack time.

You didn't state your charge/discharge parameters. For example, if you are using a 50ma wall charger, you will not reach full charge on the 1100ma pack without leaving it on 36-48 hours. As well...
