Thanks for noticing, but that line is made out of the same material that the rest of them are made of, some kind of stiff polyurethane, (not silicone).....

Thank you all very much, I will try removing the ground after work and if that doesn't work I will twist the glow leads together.

Thanks again for all the info. I am curious, when the Wrens had this issue, did it also display the glow plug error and not engage starter???

Yes I did the glow plug test and it works fine, stays on until I hit the off button. I even changed the setting back up to 40 and tried it with the same results.

Thanks, thats just what I needed. Getting ready to do a test run on this engine. It is a SWB Mamba that I modified and added a Wren F.O.D & starter.

Phill, thanks for the reply. The red mark was over the name of the motor, I never thought about it being the positive lead, but I'm sure you are right. Thanks for the info.......
