RE: World Models Midget Mustang

I had World Models MM with a Saito .91 a few years back. Very nice flyer but tended to nose over when taxiing in the grass. I canted the gear forward a bit which helped. It also tends to float on...

RE: hANGER 9 P-51 mUSTANG EARLY VERSION

Ihave the early version of the H9 P-51 and in my opinion the gear is garbage. Ireplaced my gear with a set from Robart and also angled it forward a bit to reduce the nose-over tendancy this model...

RE: COX Pica WACO 1/6 scale

The advertised engine-only weight for the OS .70 II is actually a few ounces heavier than the Saito .82. It's tough to beat the Saitos power to weight ratio.

It sure would be nice to eliminate...

RE: COX Pica WACO 1/6 scale

Thanks for the info Dick. I have read that the Zenoah does draw a relatively large amount of current for the EI. I generally don't fly more than 3-4 flights on any given day and carry a quick field...

RE: COX Pica WACO 1/6 scale

I'm still waiting for my 1/6 Waco to arrive and am considering yet another engine in addition to the Saito 1.00 and RCV .91 CD. I am wondering how the Zenoah G20EI would work out in this model. It is...

RE: COX Pica WACO 1/6 scale

I just ordered this ARF from my LHS and am thinking of either a Saito 1.00 or maybe the RCV91. The RCV91 is a lower profile and may fit inside the cowl withought having to cut it up. Then again it is...

RE: Funtana question. hanger 9

There should be only 2 carbon rods and the remainder are pushrods for the control surfaces. Make sure you identify which is which. The carbon fiber rods are slightly larger diameter and the control...

RE: NiCd pack capacity changing!?

Ignoring the first charge/discharge cycle (where you charged the pack at a considerably higher rate x time) you are only seeing less than +/- 5% variation - seems quite normal to me.

If you are...

RE: ZDZ 40 strange idle

It could be dirt in the carb causing the idle speed to jump around. Do you use a filter in the fuel line?
