The pictures that I added have no reference to any colors. They were just pics that I added to "tease" 'slick. I've known 'slick for a while, he's the one that got our family into the tanking...

Hmmm, I've built 4 KT's and have never encountered that problem. Are your gearbox supports bent or the gearbox plate warped?
