I'm assuming your inside square tube is 1/4" square riding inside a 5/16 square tube?
In any event I cannot find 5/16 square...

I'm routing pneumatic air lines within my GS Corsair. I have seen some kind of clips which snap on to air lines to help routing within the fuse and wing structures.

I'm not going to fight it. I will set the correct dihedral and fill the gap with epoxy at time of assembly. I will likely epoxy 3 or 4 oz glass over the joint prior to fiberglassing...

True to my word, today I ordered the JR 9303 2.4 Spread Speckrum radio system from Horizon. It will be used on my Ziroli GS Corsair which is under construction.
