Hi Mike I have had 2 Showtime 50's and the fly great but the rudder has ripped off on both. One it distroyed it and the other never even left the ground. Now the first one I thought I just might...

You could but it might be a little too long for the cowl to mount on without much gap. Still your going to have to modify the engine mount to make it fit because of the width...like the 91. But...

If you are wanting to use a 2 stroke i would use the os 55 ax. but still i think the Saito 91 is king for this plane.

I have a Saito 91 in mine two. I had to modify the mounts slightly but dont you have and cut out for the rockers covers on the cowl. I didnt see any cutouts for the motor in the cowl. What up with...

i like the 2 strokers also but there is a point to the 4 stroke with 3d. Thats what i use and thats what i will always use. If both 2s and 4s engines have a peak output of about 1.5hp thats fine...

How come you think the ST 50 was a tough build? I thought it was one of the most easy builds ive had to date. Ive only built 6 models but it was by far the easiest. I understand what you mean...

Thanks alot! It seems pretty windy that day. I think that video isnt going to do alot of selling in my opinion. I would remake it. Just my 2 cents. I know the plane is capable of more than that....

it seems the best all around engine for the ST 50 is the Saito 82. It has plenty of power. It is light weight. And I believe it is pretty much the engine this plane was built around. The 82 will...
