why not just glass bead the plugs??/ works well for me, but be sure to wire brush the threads after, before reinstalling, also a little anti seize on the threads for saftey

they might also enlarge the reed valve , look at the MT57 reed valve, it is larger, and it is a hard running engine

The Super Tiger 2500 will fly the Giant Aeromaster, but would be marginal, I have flown a 15 lb biplane with one and it was not enough for good performance...

I have a bully on the phaeton 90 bipe , and it is an older plane and on the heavy side, the verticall is unlimited, running on gas, flying weight with fuel is 15 1/2 lbs , just convert to gas and go...

If You have not found out yet it is not sand blasting it is bead blasting, I weld aluminum, and use the bead blaster to clean up with, I know this is an old thread but believe me I have been welding...

beads for bead blasting R just glass beads very much like micro ballons, they R light and will shatter if U use over 100 lbs of pressure for blasting with them, would be a cheap way to go if U need...

Mike just a suggestion, I dont do molds, but have been following the subject , and nobody has mentioned useing beads for the bead blasting machines in place of sand, it is lighter and might be stable...
