Kitbuilder, you stated watered down wood glue. (Name of glue ) Wouldn't this add alot of weight ? Also you said it will sand smooth. How many treatments to get smooth ? I will give it a try. Thanks

Thanks for the info gents. Yes, I am a bit picky on detail. I will see if I can get the weight down to 10lbs. that will be a task in itself. I would like to see it just get off the ground at least....
