Actually, that's the "Best scale photo!" thread: http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/m_509567/tm.htm

This thread is for pictures of scale models, preferably in flight. ;)

RE: New: Beech Baron and Duchess arf

I think you may have some problems down the line with that setup. Most of the information I've come across recommends keeping the wires from ESC to motor short and yours are going to be anything...

Thanks for the spot!

It was a fantastic turnout yesterday. The quality of the models and flying was the best I've seen yet at the OEAF meet. I'm looking forward to spring, but I do hope they...

RE: One Eighth Air Force Event

Excellent event, as usual, even though one of the 'accidents' cost me a P-51 (due to a failed elevator clevis)...

BTW, I think the delays were more due to the major bottleneck created by the new...

BTW, they started the pilot #s with 100, but there were over 100 pilots by...

RE: NEW H9 P51 Mustang 60 ARF

Most have secured the scoop to the wing, and put the wing bolts in from the canopy side. It was discussed early on in the thread.

RE: NEW H9 P51 Mustang 60 ARF

Hmmm. I think I would call HH on that one... Sounds like they put the dowels in the wrong spot. If you're going to join the wings permanently, you could epoxy in a wedge, but if not, I'd be...

RE: GUYS, your models are great but get HIM right!!!

Good thread!

I found a good source for 1:8 scale pilots ( 9" ) after quite a bit of searching: Star Trek figures...

They're cheap on eBay, and can be made into decent pilots (as long as...
