What to do with this nitro rustler?

Just a question...Im not new to nitro by any means but did buy a nitro rustler today 2.5 that had been in storage for a bit...My problem is that there is like a milky white film all over the head...

Ok so i traded for a Losi Muggy with 427 engine with rotostart...for the life of of me it will not get fuel to the carb...the engine has plenty of pinch at the flywheel and is really hard to turn...

ok have a savage 5.9 i just bought has roto start back plate and guy gave me the wand to use in a drill...from the back of the engine which direction do i rotate the wand...clockwise or counterclock...

Wow...thanks for the info..did not know it was used on commercial vehicles....What do I know ..Im just an old Marine helicopter mech ...lol...dont think Hueys or Cobras use left handed...
