I know it's a late reply but i had the same problem and i got a cuple of thrust bearings from HERE

The hardest part was to find replacements for the nut and bolt that holds the whole diff...

The reason for the glue on the rear diff is because it has two piece diff joint and the part that the diff plates go on is plastic. I would get steel replacements for these asap as the plastic won't...

I think your diff may have been 2 loose not to tight and the slipping under power is what is causing the melted gears

the gt-01 is a temtech chassis so i doubt the parts will fit. After a couple of hours of searching i found something that should be useful tho, it's a ball diff unit for a ta04 but it has the same...

I got some GPM CVD's a while ago and have found them to be the most bash-proof but now rcmart says they are discontinued and i was wondering if they have been replaced with something else or if GPM...

I have had problems with my 1way it has stripped 4 bevel gears because it is run on high traction surfaces so i have gone back to the normal ball diff and had no problems since

7 cell won't fit but you can buy a 7cell extended chassis that includes all needed parts

Hey dragster, just had a look at both manuals and agree that the BEC voltage of the teu-101 is 7.2v

You may have to look at getting an upgraded esc which will also allow you to run faster...

On the clearance issue i have found that after a couple of flips the antenna straw snaps leaving it about 30mm shorter each time

Hey flyojumper, i've had diff trouble to, managed to melt thrust bearing and strip the thread on the hex screw that holds the diff together
