I'm at sea level and there's no way, run a 12x4 or what above said if you want pull. You can swing that prop with one of those euro Webras, I forget the name though, almost the same weight if that's...

here's my new one....slightly different design norvel 25 bushing motor 9x4 prop at 16000-17000rpm cg at 5" and comes in at 2 pounds 1 ounce....a new low for me

not sure where I can shave...

yah you're right, if I have to buy 20 1500ma cells at 16 bucks a piece, and then the motor and controller and then a lipo charger

so what's that about 7 or 800 bucks....yah right

well that does it, looks like the plane for me. Not real sure about electric weight but they should be about even....I'm losing a throttle servo for a control and a gas tank for a battery...

Is there such a thing, I've tried my hand at building and found that I just don't have the patience for it. I'm looking for a light arf and was looking at the top cap or the knife or maybe a future...

what would happen if you put a small motor in a 8" diameter tube that's 10 inches long? then put an 8x4 prop on it, would the thrust still be the same or would it change? the model shown is...

I've read a lot on this and it seems the winner is the webra....there will be different opinions but I bought the webra 50 and love it....I just bought a irvine53 because people are picking that one...
