Brent,

Nice looking. That's amazing how far you were able to stretch that lexan over those wide pro mod foams.

RE: Team Magic G4RS Kit Feedback

Z33guru.

I have the RS, not 09' II and it has never touched a circuit track and never will. I parking lot bash and drag race with only, 132' to 150' max and shut it down. Seeing this car on...

RE: Small block Engines

The .21TM is a small block .21 and should drop right in the 4tec like the other Traxxas vehicles. I have a modified .21TM, and it was quick in my RS4 and Jato, but lacks rpm for drag racing. It is a...

RE: Nasty 1/10 scale on-road cars using .21 or larger engines....come inside

Here is a look at the Kawakara tires from the rear, so you can see the width. They did fine with my modified .21/RS4, you just need any wider rear HPI body to fit or the tires will stick out. Don't...

RE: Nasty 1/10 scale on-road cars using .21 or larger engines....come inside

Yes we do race in Raleigh at the old Winn-Dixie Warehouse parking lot. It's huge, and it has 132', 150' and 200' market out for when somebody feels jumpy. The track is in Fuquay Varina, about 30...

RE: Nasty 1/10 scale on-road cars using .21 or larger engines....come inside

Brent,

The P9R ran well in the RS4. I only got it to the track for one test-n-tune session before selling the car on Ebay for more than I paid, without the P9 and pipe set of course.

The...

RE: Nasty 1/10 scale on-road cars using .21 or larger engines....come inside

I have a few more shots, but basically the same.

I forgot you had those 235mm tires you can fit on the car. That will help you get that power to the ground, and maybe a few custom parts like...

RE: Nasty 1/10 scale on-road cars using .21 or larger engines....come inside

Brent,

I agree. The Team Magic cars are damn good cars. The most under rated car I have seen. The JS is perfect for what your plans are. I have the 08' G4/RS, which is the same car, with a...

RE: REVISED 2-speed shaft drag chassis

Great to here Brent.

A bit suprised at the 5oz. weight difference though. I here for every 2 oz. weight savings, that's .5 on the clock, so 5 oz. would be .15 on the clock. That could be the...

RE: REVISED 2-speed shaft drag chassis

Very nice and clean build Brent. I looks well thought out. With the carbon fibre chassis and no rear bulk heads, on the surface it looks a bit lighter than the Walbern, even with the slightly...

RE: Hey Brent need your input on OS.18TZ

Brent,

Ain't no way the TZ will ever pull that Pro-mod like that bad azz Drag modded P3 you got or a nice .21 which makes nearly double the power. My Pro-mod is about 46oz., well over the...

RE: Hey Brent need your input on OS.18TZ

I agree. E was just tuning the one I saw blow. It was reaching a good tune, getting faster each pass, and on the 3rd or 4th pass, BAM. We all said, never again on an .18TZ. I was running my .12...

RE: Hey Brent need your input on OS.18TZ

They all can in stock or mildley modified form. The more aggressive you get on the moddin the more stress you add.

Brent is right on the tolerance of the .18TZ. It is a great modified engine...

RE: OS 21 for Revo

I ran the O.S. 21TM first in my Jato and now my Revo, stock and modified. The engine easily has more torque than any of the (4) 3.3 I owned. Midrange still went to the TM slightly, and top end...

RE: Nitro pro stock/pro mod chassis

I hope so Brent, I have enough time and cash into it now. I just lack experience. I was able to get some .419 reaction time and .403 6 foot that day, which B&E said was a good start, but with no...
