The spacer is there, but maybe its not perfect from factory? Ill take it apart and look closer at it.

Im having a problem with the chain tension on the rear swing arm. I ajust the chain tension and then tighten the rear wheel down just enough so it doesnt bind the rear wheel. Well this works fine...
