I got a ofna Ultra LX Comp II, with a 427, JP3 pipe and 2 speed tranny that will run in the 60s. Got about $600 in the hole rig. Without the 2 speed it will hit 50.

I Took the motor out and replaced it with a 427, went with hitech throtle and sterring servos, JR 2.5 receiver, viper 5 cell receiver pack. It will run like a scalded dog! I know the King pin...

Is the Ofna Ultra LX Comp II a good buggy for the money? Upon inspection it appears to be almost identicall to the Violator.

I would only use it for bashing, jumping, drag.

I just wish the Servo saver setup was different on the LST2/LST/Aftershock, I think the sterring sucks! It reminds me of the old days, fighting that crappy servo saver on RC10s, back in the 90s[:@] ...

The LST has the reverse feature, and the aftershock is forward only, right? I am hopping that this means the Aftershock comes with the forward only gear setup in it.

I think I am just going to go with the LST2 upgrade kit. It has the 20mm hexes and new axles and rims. beats looking for parts.

I just finished breaking in my Associated Z.28R spec#3, and it seams to be strong all the way round. Pulls the tires on grass and will fly top end! I am running it on my 8ightT:D
