You need to set you idling valve. When you push the throttle you are fully closing the carb. So don't set your idling from the radio, leave the knob at the centre then just set you idling valve from...

I know Lama 3 4 are toys, but they still have -+ pitch. So Yeh, what is fixed pitch? What do you really mean. From what I understand fixed pitch the bird wont fly or land.

I would say it is main mast/shaft. The spindle will coz the blade to be out of track. If you have a blue and red tap on your blades you will be able to see both colors when rotor turns meaning...
