I didn't plan to or do a good job of a "complete" build pic collection but wanted to get pics of what I did "extra" to this one. Are you putting in a 2nd wing tube?

Rookie II Thrust line?

I wanted to check my thrust line and this is how I did it.
I am assuming it needs to be parallel with the bottom of the jet.
Experienced knowledge would be appreciated if shared.

Is diesel still ama legal? I'm surprised nobody else has mentioned it. That is what I have used., it works great for me -at $4 a gallon, on the way to the field.

OPPS! Thanks anyway guys, Stupid me!, I finally figured out that I had a fitting downstream in the system leaking. Fixed the leak and everything works fine now with my trusty old mini 12v portable...

AF7, The lexan I'm using is 1/10th inch thick, hence more lightening holes coming..

Sorry, I forgot, I did also "carefully" use this little "toy" table saw for the first cuts of the main shape. This saw (from Harbor Freight) is great for lots of other modeling uses. And I am using...

I've been using a dremel with an abrasive cutting disk to cut it, then sanding smooth. The only small problem is that it melts a little and you have to trim the melted material with a hobby knife...

I have a kingtech 170f kero start and the manual says to put the shutoff between the main fuel soleniod and the tubine. I have to assume since the manual doesn't say that this would require a valve...

I have 2 rookieIIs and 1 harpoon., guess I'll start trying to collect more.
