Ya can't go past either one of these and I should know I sell and race them here in OZ. I run a 1/28th club and own an indoor track and these and the Mini-Z's are what is mainly raced.

You will need to go brushless (for speed) and 4 wheel drive (to drift) and all your questions can be answered by doing a SEARCH ON THIS SITE:),

If its 2.4 it might have only 4 but i would rather have a spare set than spend the weekend looking at it:D Don't forget the starter kit and fuel.

In general you will need 8 AA batteries for the transmitter and 4 AA batteries to run your steering and throttle servos and your receiver:D

There are lots of things to go wrong, but, in general it's swing arms and axles, suspension parts that take a hit and other items that can take the force of a crash. Don't forget some glow plugs....

Seeing as you ran both motors the same way they will both turn out the same if they are the same to start with. You will nearly always find that stock brushed motors are never the same it is luck of...

I own a race track here in OZ for 1/28th and our main straight is 650mm wide and the rest of the track varies between 450mm to 700mm and we run up to 8 cars at a time, usually we run 6. Your track...

I think your'e right with the Dnano. Any smaller and they become too small to work on and become a throw away if something goes wrong, which it does [&o]. I run 1/28-1/24 up to 1/5th and the 1/24th...

Got their Kart, "AWESOME" having said that, if you want to have some fun, buy it, if you want to race it, look elsewhere. I have used Turnigy motors in my boats and 1/10 and 1/8 off road, 9 out of 10...
