I used a 100 saito, no extra wt needed. In fact it was nose heavy, had to move battery back as far on the servo tray as i could. I'm using a 2000mah 6V battery. Flys and lands great.

I used the holes already there. Had to move it around alittle to get in the center of the cowling. Also the 100 saito is all the way out on the supplied engine mounts. Hope this helps.

Look at the pic in post 1508 for the throttle linkage location. It's a straight shot to the servo. The carb on my saito 100 does not move, better check that also.

We got in 5 more flights this morning with no nose overs but still very lite on its wheels on landing. The retracts have devolped slop in the up postion and you have to take the retract out to get to...

I maidened her Friday and she flys great all but the landings. It wants to nose-over. Out of 5 flights, 3 were nose-overs. If you try to feed in a little up elev on landing, it will try to lift off...

I also have a hanger 9 hellcat on the way. First retracts here also. I have read alot of this threads and the stock retract ? about being any good or not. Most get ignored. Is any one using them?...

I taked to Noel and he is set up for OS and glow plugs only. Will all the parts(valves,etc) from the old head fit the new style head?
