how did u check the gear mesh in ur recoil when there isnt any gears its a one way bearing number to if u hear air commin out its a AIR LEAK not a blow plug

rubber think man ur engine gets to 220 maybe up to 280 degrees its gunna melt my guess is ur washed is cracked or warped or ur plug isnt tight enough or its the wrong one(unless its still factory)...

take the recoil off and check to see if there is any signs of oil the brass bushing that seals the starter shaft(shaft should be bone dry) on the ax.15 motor sux also make sure the head is tight...
