RE: Seagull Edge 540 - 68" (60-90) ARF New v2- Building

Seagull calls the plane a 60 size but it is actually bigger than their 90 size extra. It does not make sense to me.

RE: Nitromodels Lancair 360 .50 59"

Last recommendation.

Before drilling holes to mount the motor, install the cowl (drill holes). You can use a ruler to get the distance from the firewall to where your spinner will be before temp...

RE: Seagull Edge 540 - 68" (60-90) ARF New v2- Building

I forgot to say that since I used a 2 stoke I popped out the blind nuts to re-drill the holes and mount it horizontal. If you used the predrilled holes. use 2 washers on the left mount bolt and one...

RE: Seagull Edge 540 - 68" (60-90) ARF New v2- Building

I have an OS 120 set up like the one on page 19, post 462. You can use some thin pieces of wood or I like to use some quarter size washers with a matching rubber washer on top of it. I used the...

RE: CMPro Lancair

I don't think I would try to to install retracts. Cutting into the fiberglass for the nose might be a no-no. It may be hard to fix if you mess up. Alot of the real Lancair aircraft do not have...
