RE: Photography - Post your best pictures

I seriously need a new camera. I took this today with my 13 year old Olympus D-300 L. When I look at everything going on in the picture it bums me out I did not have a better way to capture it.

RE: Let's hear what you have for the 1:1 real car??

The fiberglass body kit is pretty beat up. I was a nice surprise to see how badly you can smash it against rocks and it just bounces back.

The wheel hop is no worse than it was stock. I will be...

RE: Let's hear what you have for the 1:1 real car??

It is a work in progress. This past winter was the conversion to SOA. I am now saving for gears front and rear along with ARB lockers. The engine is the stock 4.0 with a stock 5 speed. The t-case is...

RE: Let's hear what you have for the 1:1 real car??

I have a HP44 front axle and a D60 rear.

I had to do some very minor trimming front and rear to get rid of any rubbing issues. Right now if I turn to full lock in the direction of a front tire...

RE: Let's hear what you have for the 1:1 real car??

Drag racing is a great way to fall asleep. I prefer using minutes to keep track of the time it takes to cover a quarter mile. Sometimes Hours will be used.

Here is my slow ass vehicle:

RE: Does New Bright RC Really fit into the Category of Unusual RC?

They are R/C and toys. Unusual, NO. They are just another crawler. The bodies are even more useful for crawlers that want a very realistic look. For the most part anyone wanting to make a R/C scale...

RE: Does New Bright RC Really fit into the Category of Unusual RC?

Yes, your newbright discussions are about crawlers.

Can you explain to me logically why you belong here and not the crawler forum?

The discussions about limiting straps and beadlocks...

This forum is turning into a crawler forum. Take it to the crawler forum!!

RE: I hope you guys can help me out.(Mini T)

I will probably use the stock speed control and battery connected to the motor. I will be using a different receiver. This scale model will have at least 6 channels in use. The only thing on the Mini...

I am considering using the Losi Mini T drivetrain for a scale project I am starting. I will use the motor, and trans to power a long roller connected to the outdrives on the trans. I am just...

RE: LB Getting Ready for SNOW - Kyosho EP Blizzard DF-300 Thread!

Snow cats are definitely not for speed. They are built to go anywhere in very soft ground conditions. Real snow cats are lucky to go 15mph downhill.

I could never get my RC trucks to work very...

RE: LB Getting Ready for SNOW - Kyosho EP Blizzard DF-300 Thread!

One thing to remember bearings that are sealed have grease inside them. The grease will keep water out. You mentioned putting grease on the outside of them to keep out water but the grease inside...

RE: LB Getting Ready for SNOW - Kyosho EP Blizzard DF-300 Thread!

The only way to get it to turn like a skid steer or real cat would be to have individual drives for each track. The current Blizzard can lock up on track and pivot around it. Ideally you need one...
