Yes, I am flying the dullcoat version & it is all electric. Flies amazingly will except for rudder slop which appears as a tail waggle. 30lbs AUW.

The version 3 ESM extracts are available and resolve much of the earlier issues. Best to contact Troy built to get more info. Built heavy is right and compared to other models other really is no need...

Use goop or weldbond from home depot. They both harden up but retain a significant amount of flex to avoid putting strain on the wire.

I dont trust ecalc. Remember Ihave a flying 16lb A-26 on 42-60-600KV, 5Cell, 4000, 25C x 2 in parallel, MA14*8*3 and Iget 6 minutes spirited flying, over 8 if Imanage the throttle.

If you go up in KV, you can go smaller on the motors, to Aolean 42-50 or 42-60 - 600 (ish) kv for eg, and you will get better performance... Better efficiency, lighter &amp; you will be able to stop...
