Wrap em in foam.

Double sided sticky tape is a definate no-no, tooo much vibration on helis.
Use some cable ties to strap em down with to, or velcro if u can get hold of it.

Havent had much of a chance l8ty to do any flying:( so i aint been able to check out how good the co-pilot is.

Sry not familar with this engine but my advice would be this....since ur only really using the heli around half throttle i would richen the low needle up a bit to about 2.5-3 turns out from fully...

Raptor 30 vibration questions (please help)

How about posting some pics of the heli, maybe uve just got something set up wrong with the head or something. Got to be worth a look b4 u shelve it :D

Carb fully closed try about 3 to 3.5 turns out and about the same on the main, may not giv the best power but should keep your engine from blowing up :D

How many channels?

I think u use other channels for stuff like

Head Holding on/off
Gyro gain
Throttle Governor on/off

Well thats wot i understand but im sure someone else will enlighten u better :D

Ive used both methods(got a century resizer) pliers work fine but resizer is more acurate. Cost about£9 i think.

Its really easy, id recommend it, but then again i havent even managed to fly my...

Oh yeah an dont forget to use the same setup u will be using in the heli, eg if ur using a pressured fuel tank use that on the bench to.High rpm meant to say full throttle.
