Yeah Iplayed with it today and the resolution is no where as good as the Sure Shot that I have been using. I kinda liked the streamlined look of the thing and like you said You can't beat free.

how do I know when my TX is charged

My Futaba 4yf4 TX gives no indication on how much it is charged. Its either green or red. How do I know it is fullly charged? How long do I need to leave it charging (not LiPo). Thanks.

I am very leery about using LiPO batterys, also the cost is terribly high. What could I use to replace an 11.1v 4350 mah LiPO with. Maybe something in NIMH? I am sure Iwoulg get a shorter run time...
