I've done this twice in the the time I've had a 9c, both times the trasnmitter range decreased significantly in a range check so I replaced the module.

I would have it checked before using it...

Canopy actually fits fine without the tank, its like the tank couyld do with being 2mm lower.

I left my 9CAP switched on in the case for 30 minutes. The module was roasting, the range with that module has reduced to around 1/3. I'd do a good range check before you fly with that one again.

Put air on the retract unit and retract it. You'll then be able to see the slot where the collar will fit to the wire leg.
