lol,
The way I launched(notice past tense) my combat was easy. My dad would hold it, I would start it, I would grab my TX, Jam it up to full, then all my dad would have to do is let it go and zoom....

That brings up a good point, make sure that you can buddy box with your instructors Transmiter, it will save you some planes. A four channel radio will work good for you.
